Operations Intern – Ethnic Dreams (Surat) About Us: Ethnic Dreams is a Surat-based wholesale fabric manufacturer catering to garment manufacturers, traders, fabric stores, boutiques, and tailoring shops across India. With over 5000 fabric designs and a strong focus on trend-driven textiles, we’re expanding our presence in the B2B space and looking for a proactive Operations Intern to join our team. Role Overview: As an Operations Intern , you’ll assist in the day-to-day activities that keep our business running smoothly — focusing on lead generation, outreach, and basic marketing support . This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B operations, client communication, and textile business processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and generating B2B leads through online research, directories, and social media. Support outreach campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram to connect with potential buyers and partners. Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets regularly. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for follow-ups and responses. Use Canva to create simple catalogs, product posts, or presentation decks. Help streamline daily operational tasks and communication between departments. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Basic understanding of B2B sales, textiles, or manufacturing is a plus. Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and WhatsApp Business . Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a growing textile business operates. Perks & Learning: Practical exposure to B2B operations, lead generation, and textile trade workflows .
