Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with our supply chain, deployment, and production teams, contributing significantly to smooth and timely project completions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing project deployments and operational activities.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager and external vendors to ensure timely arrival of goods and materials.
Communicate with various stakeholders to confirm materials are delivered accurately and promptly to designated locations.
Collaborate with deployment and production teams to effectively schedule deployment timelines and ensure alignment across departments.
Maintain and update documentation related to inventory, schedules, and logistics.
Support in tracking operational KPIs and preparing regular status updates for the operations management team.
Help identify potential bottlenecks in operational workflows and proactively suggest improvements.
Participate in operational meetings, providing timely updates and follow-ups on action items.
Requirements
Requirements:

Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics.

Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software.
