Operations Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive (0–2 Years) Company: VibrantMinds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Location: Pune Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month About the Role: We are hiring Operations Executives who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our HR & recruitment operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are good with MS Excel, data management, communication skills, and basic online posting (website/Blogspot). Key Responsibilities: Post job openings on different job portals/platforms (Company Website, Blogspot, Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Handle candidate queries and provide quick responses via calls, WhatsApp, and email Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & interview panels Share interview notifications and follow-ups through WhatsApp/mail communication Screen & filter profiles received after job postings Maintain and update candidate databases in Excel / Google Sheets Prepare and maintain MIS reports for recruitment activities Post content and updates on company website and Blogspot Ensure timely publishing and accuracy of postings across platforms Required Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Management) Good communication skills (written & verbal) Basic knowledge of posting on website and Blogspot Attention to detail & ability to multitask Freshers with good Excel & communication skills are encouraged to apply Qualifications: Any Graduate or Post Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA, B.Sc, BE,BA,BCA,MCA etc.) 0–2 years of experience in Operations / Admin / Recruitment Coordination / Data Management / Online Posting/ HR Operations
