About Us:

At Indian Travel House Pvt Ltd, we are a leading car rental provider committed to delivering seamless and reliable transportation solutions. With a growing fleet and an expanding customer base, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily operations of the car rental branch
• Manage vehicle inventory, scheduling, and availability
• Ensure all rental agreements are processed accurately
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage logs, and damage reports
• Work closely with drivers, mechanics, and other team members
• Assist in business development and upselling rental services when possible

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in operations or customer service (preferably in car rental)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
