Operations Executive

Sicho Media Solutions is a Mumbai-based corporate event management company specializing in the end-to-end planning and execution of impactful, high-quality events for businesses across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and coordinating end-to-end operations for corporate events. Handle vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, and execution support. Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, equipment, transport, catering, and manpower. Support registration processes, including pre-event registration setup and spot registration. Prepare and maintain event documentation like checklists, reports, and inventory logs. Act as a point-of-contact on-site to ensure seamless execution and troubleshoot issues in real time. Liaise with internal teams (design, client servicing) to align event requirements. Maintain budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Assist in post-event wrap-up including debriefs, vendor settlements, and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field. 3 years of experience in operations or event coordination (internships/freelance projects count). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel and work on weekends as per event schedules. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of event tools is a plus.
