About the Role

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in daily operational tasks and project execution.
Manage fabric sourcing, vendor development, and supplier follow-ups.
Maintain records of fabric composition, sourcing details, and costing.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing.
Oversee quality checks and ensure sourcing aligns with company standards.
Prepare operational reports, trackers, and MIS for management.
Handle other general operational activities as required.

Key Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Textile, Fashion, or Business Management (preferred).
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and sourcing in sportswear is a must.
2–4 years of experience in operations/sourcing, preferably in the sportswear or apparel industry.
Strong skills in
Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
