Identify and acquire new customers while retaining existing ones through relationship building and superior service. Conduct local market surveys and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Team Management:Lead and supervise branch staff, including loan officers, customer service executives, and cashiers. Train, guide, and motivate the team to meet performance targets. Evaluate team performance and provide necessary feedback or corrective measures. Operations & Compliance:Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day branch operations. Monitor KYC, documentation, loan processing, and deposit procedures to ensure 100% compliance with NBFC and RBI guidelines. Address internal audit observations and implement corrective actions promptly. Credit & Risk Management:Evaluate loan applications, perform risk assessments, and recommend or approve loans within delegated authority. Monitor collections and ensure timely recovery of dues. Minimize NPAs through strong follow-up and customer relationship management. Customer Relationship:Provide prompt and efficient service to customers across all products. Handle customer grievances professionally and escalate when required.

Drive business growth in Loan Against Property (LAP) segment through direct sourcing, channel partners, and branch network. Manage end-to-end LAP process including sourcing, file login, credit appraisal, legal/technical clearance, and disbursement. Build and manage relationships with customers, DSAs, and connectors. Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring delinquency and maintaining collection efficiency. Work closely with the credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. Achieve monthly and annual LAP disbursement targets. Train and guide sales officers/executives in LAP product knowledge and selling techniques.
