Key Responsibilities:Source and acquire customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct channels, DSAs, and connectors. Handle complete LAP process from lead generation to disbursement. Conduct preliminary financial analysis of customers and coordinate with the credit team for loan approval. Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and legal/technical clearance for loan processing. Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners for repeat/referral business. Achieve monthly and annual business targets. Track competitor activities and suggest market strategies. Ensure timely collection follow-ups and maintain portfolio quality.
