About The Role

As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our post-purchase customer journey. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless order management, resolving customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, and contributing to projects that enhance our operational workflows. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented problem-solver who is passionate about using data and technology to create a flawless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order & Customer Service Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and Discord, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Back-Office Operations: Oversee the end-to-end order process, including tracking, exception handling, and coordination with logistics partners.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize spreadsheets to analyze operational data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Actively identify inefficiencies in current workflows and contribute to initiatives that streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fulfillment, marketing, and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and resolve operational challenges.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in customer service within an e-commerce environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of creative and effective problem-solving.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including practical experience with formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data formatting.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in order management systems, crowdfunding platforms (e.g., Kickstarter, Indiegogo), or back-office operations.
  • Familiarity with various business applications and a passion for learning new software.
  • Direct involvement in process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience using Discord for community or customer support and Coda for documentation and workflow management.
