The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in operations, strong proficiency in Excel, and a basic understanding of packaging materials and processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations, including order processing and inventory tracking Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow Maintain and analyze operational data using Excel for reporting and decision-making Ensure quality checks and timely dispatch of packaging materials Assist in optimizing storage and warehousing solutions Requirements: ✔ 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the packaging industry ✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) ✔ Basic understanding of packaging materials and processes ✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills ✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
