Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of training programs across multiple locations.
Liaise with Colleges, institutions, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Maintain records of batches, attendance, trainer deployment, assessments, and certifications.
Assist in scheduling training sessions, onboarding trainers, and ensuring required infrastructure is in place.
Track progress and prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
Support documentation, compliance, and audit requirements for projects under government or CSR initiatives.
Manage communication with colleges, skill centers, and local coordinators for effective execution.
Follow up on payments, invoices, and other operational documentation with finance and admin teams.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and partner guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong coordination and communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent Excel and data management skills (MIS, trackers, reporting).
Experience in managing educational or skilling program logistics.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple projects.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and proactive with a process-driven approach.

Preferred:

Experience in handling projects under government schemes (e.g., NSDC, DDU-GKY, NULM, CSR initiatives, etc.).
Knowledge of LMS platforms, assessment tools, and certification processes.
Immediate Joiner preferred
