Job Description

Synerge Paper Industries LLP is looking for a Junior Operations Executive to support office-based coordination, documentation, and data management. This role ensures smooth communication between sales, accounts, production, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain sales, purchase, dispatch, and inventory records

· Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and documentation

· Ensure proper filing of GST and operational paperwork

· Coordinate with sales, accounts, and dispatch teams

· Update order and inventory data in Excel or ERP systems

· Communicate with vendors, transporters, and clients when required

· Maintain customer and vendor databases

· Track order status and follow up internally

· Prepare MIS and operational reports

· Support day-to-day administrative operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience: 1–2 years

· Graduate in business, or related field preferred

· Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

· Good communication skills in Hindi and English preferred

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and office tools

· Knowledge of Tally is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
