Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing students/customers.
  2. Promote and explain courses with a focus on BFSI-related programs.
  3. Respond to inquiries regarding programs pricing and services.
  4. Address and resolve student/customer concerns with professionalism.
  5. Maintain and update call records and lead databases regularly.
  6. Follow up with leads to nurture interest and close enrollments.
  7. Adhere to predefined call scripts and standard operating procedures.
  8. Capture customer feedback and assist in improving services.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate program information is provided.
  10. Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
