1. Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
2. Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring tools.
3. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data reporting.
4. Automate repetitive reports to improve efficiency.
5. Support management with ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and data-driven insights.
6. Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to gather data inputs.
7. Identify gaps, trends, and patterns in data to recommend process improvements.
8. Ensure proper documentation and data backup for audit/compliance purposes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
2. Knowledge of MIS tools, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
