Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 Per Month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Experienced MIS Executive with strong experience in BPO and sales reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating accurate reports, automating dashboards, and supporting business decisions through insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and operations
• Analyze sales performance, productivity, revenue, and target achievement
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for management reporting
• Automate reports using Excel Macros (VBA) to improve efficiency
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from databases
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
• Support BPO operations with real-time and ad-hoc reporting
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams for data requirements
• Identify trends, gaps, and insights to support business decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as an MIS Executive (preferably in BPO / Sales environment)
• Strong knowledge of Sales MIS reporting
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, dashboards, data modeling preferred)
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Macros / VBA
• Proficient in SQL (data extraction, joins, subqueries)
• Good understanding of KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CRM data handling
• Exposure to automation and data visualization tools
• Ability to handle large datasets

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or equivalent preferred)
