Role Overview

Executive Assistant & MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
Handle internal and external communication on behalf of management.
Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meeting logistics.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.

MIS Executive Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, analyze, and present data related to operations, sales, HR, and finance as required.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and databases using Excel and other tools.
Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required data.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
(advanced Excel preferred).
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.
