Job Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage back-office operations related to mutual fund & insurance. This role requires attention to detail, proactive decision-making, and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify mutual fund transactions for accuracy.
• Check transaction details and follow up with clients for approvals or additional information.
• Coordinate with clients for health insurance renewals and gather necessary documents.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for insurance closures and investment-related documentation.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM and Excel for future reference.
• Resolve client queries related to mutual funds, insurance, and other financial services.
• Take proactive actions to improve operations and enhance client satisfaction.
• Recommend new products and services based on client needs and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge (Ms office, email handling).
• Strong logical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work proactively and take initiative in client servicing and operations.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• No specific certification required; freshers and experienced with a learning attitude are welcome.

Education-Minimum Graduation
