Operations Executive (Hospitality)

Role Overview :-

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the property. Youll coordinate across departments, uphold service standards, and drive operational efficiency to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee daily hotel/resort operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
• Monitor service delivery and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with department heads to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks
• Track operational KPIs such as occupancy rates, guest feedback, and turnaround times
• Assist in budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
• Support onboarding and training of staff for operational excellence
• Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain inventory and procurement records for supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for event execution and promotions
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for senior management
• Implement SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and logistics
• Support crisis management and emergency response planning
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest transitions
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance across the property
• Assist in planning and execution of special events and VIP stays
• Maintain operational documentation and audit readiness
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-first mindset
