Job Description

Role Overview :-

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the property. Youll coordinate across departments, uphold service standards, and drive operational efficiency to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:-

Oversee daily hotel/resort operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
Monitor service delivery and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
Coordinate with department heads to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks
Track operational KPIs such as occupancy rates, guest feedback, and turnaround times
Assist in budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
Support onboarding and training of staff for operational excellence
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
Maintain inventory and procurement records for supplies and equipment
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for event execution and promotions
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for senior management
Implement SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and logistics
Support crisis management and emergency response planning
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest transitions
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance across the property
Assist in planning and execution of special events and VIP stays
Maintain operational documentation and audit readiness
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-first mindset
