About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and streamline our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, excellent English communication abilities, and a process-driven mindset to ensure smooth execution of tasks across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operational activities.
  • Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks across teams.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, reports, and trackers.
  • Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve operational issues and ensure process compliance.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support onboarding and training activities for new team members.
  • Handle vendor coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Prepare MIS reports, analyze operational data, and provide insights to management.
  • Manage administrative support tasks for smooth functioning of operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Operations or Administrative roles.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.

  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
