Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Operations Executive to work closely with the Director and support day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be a strong multitasker, quick learner, highly attentive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while ensuring smooth execution of tasks aligned with the Director’s priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Director-Level Coordination

  • Work directly with the Director on daily operational and administrative matters
  • Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of tasks assigned by the Director
  • Act as a coordination point between the Director and internal teams

Administration & Operations

  • Handle administrative work including documentation, records, schedules, and reports
  • Ensure smooth office operations and process coordination
  • Manage emails, internal communication, and task tracking

Multitasking & Execution

  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with accuracy and accountability
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Support decision-making with timely data, summaries, and insights

Marketing & Business Support

  • Provide coordination support for marketing and business initiatives
  • Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendors or teams
  • Support business operations related to sales, marketing, and growth initiatives

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong learning ability with an adaptive and flexible mindset
  • High attention to detail and execution accuracy
  • Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, professional, and presentable personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage dynamic priorities

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication
  • Basic understanding of administration, operations, and marketing processes
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or project coordination tools is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Smart, quick-thinking, and proactive professional
  • Highly adaptable with a strong sense of ownership
  • Capable of working independently while closely supporting leadership
  • Comfortable handling confidential and critical information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
