we are hiring for OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE we are looking for someone who will be instrumental in smooth functioning of our sales operations, will be responsible for a wide range of activities that support our sales force, from data management and reporting to process optimization and compliance. His/Her work will directly impact the productivity of our sales team and the satisfaction of our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- oversee and streamline the end-to-end sales process, including lead management, client onboarding, application processing, and post-sales support for various financial products. maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM system. Generate comprehensive sales reports, performance dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to the sales leadership. identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing sales operations processes and propose solutions for improvement. ensure all sales operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices in financial sector. act as a central point of contact for the sales team, assisting with queries, resolving operational issues, and facilitating communication between sales and other departments.
