ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit within the organization. Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and database to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services sector. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations affecting the hiring process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the organization's value proposition to candidates. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, along with Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
