Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR professional who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The role requires someone organized, approachable, and proactive in building a positive work environment across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for various departments (sales, operations, banquet staff, admin, etc.).
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, training, and onboarding processes.
  • Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work culture.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
  • Manage HRMS entries, joining formalities, and verification processes.
  • Assist in payroll inputs and monthly reports.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements are followed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee matters.

Coordination & Support

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to team-building activities.
  • Coordinate with multiple venues/locations as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–5 years of experience in HR roles (hospitality/hotel/event industry preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and basic labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle multitasking efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
