Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Operational Excellence projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and performance goals.
- Apply continuous improvement tools and Cummins Operating standards to drive manufacturing excellence on shop floor.
- Identify and mitigate project risks using quality tools and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coach and guide team members through project stages, providing developmental feedback and support.
- Coordinate with global business and functional leaders to set plant maturity goals and execute improvement roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and complex manufacturing problem-solving.
- Share learnings across teams and contribute to the development of subject-matter expertise within the plant.
- Champion continuous and step-change improvement efforts aligned with customer and business needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Relevant certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies are a plus.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including manufacturing or manufacturing plant experience, team leadership experience, preferred.
