Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Key Responsibilities: Managing Shipments (Inward and Outward Delivery Challans): Prepare and manage delivery challans for incoming and outgoing shipments. Cheque Management: Track cheques received from customers and ensure they are deposited in the bank promptly. Material Tracking: Monitor the status of materials until they are delivered to the customers site. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): Schedule and track AMC visits to customers, ensuring all visits are completed as per the schedule. Visit Reports: Maintain visit reports received from the technical team and ensure all maintenance visits are documented. Complaint Management: Ensure all customer complaints are attended to and resolved, with no pending issues due to material requirements. Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory of stationery, printing materials, housekeeping supplies, and other miscellaneous items. Qualifications: Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role. Minimum work experience of 2 years in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
