Role Description

Operations Coordinator

Key responsibilities include making bookings with co-loaders and carriers, liaising with overseas agents for cross-trade and international shipments, and ensuring all documentation such as HBLs, MBLs, invoices, packing lists, and pre-alerts are prepared accurately and on time. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, providing shipment updates, resolving operational issues proactively, and supporting administrative and reporting tasks as required. A strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer service is essential to succeed in this role.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients, internal teams, and external partners
• Experience in operations management with the ability to optimize workflows
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional approach
• Proficiency in administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills
• Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong command of written and spoken English
