Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our success, serving as the central point of contact for tracking progress across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects stay on schedule, facilitating clear communication, and providing key updates to our CEO. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of tasks and projects across all departments to ensure all deadlines are met on time.
  • CEO Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and accurate progress reports, updates, and dashboards to the CEO on a regular basis.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, attend, and document key meetings. You will be responsible for taking detailed minutes of the meeting and distributing action items promptly.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering requirements, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows and support the implementation of improved processes.
  • Cross-Departmental Liaison: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or IT support role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing reports and meeting minutes.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
