Job Description

As a Project Coordinator for ongoing telecom or IT infrastructure projects and service operations, your responsibilities include: - Monitoring and coordinating ongoing telecom or IT infrastructure projects and service operations. - Acting as a liaison between internal teams (technical, sales, support) and clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. - Preparing and maintaining operations schedules, resource allocation plans, and service documentation. - Tracking and reporting on project progress, SLAs, and issue resolution. - Supporting the procurement and dispatch of telecom/IT equipment, ensuring inventory control and vendor coordination. - Ensuring compliance with service quality standards and operational procedures. - Assisting in workforce management including scheduling, reporting attendance, and task assignments for field/service teams. - Preparing periodic operational reports and presentations for management. - Using project management tools and ticketing systems to manage service workflows. - Coordinating with finance and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing for completed jobs or services.,
