Location: Remote / Hybrid Role Type: Individual Contributor Compensation: Low salary + High equity 🧠 What You’ll Do - Own the client journey: onboarding, support, relationship management - Coordinate with product, tech, and sales to ensure seamless delivery - Build and optimize internal SOPs to handle scaling operations - Manage client dashboards, feedback loops, and retention metrics - Be the go-to person for client escalations and proactive check-ins - Create internal visibility through documentation and reporting 🎯 What We’re Looking For - Minimum 3 yrs of experience in client success, operations, or implementation - Experience handling enterprise accounts or managing complex workflows - Strong process thinking, but flexible enough to move fast - Excellent communicator — written and verbal - You're hands-on, accountable, and love solving client problems 🌱 Bonus - Background in supply chain, logistics, or food tech - Experience working closely with a product team 🧪 This Role is Not For You If: - You need clear, structured, corporate-style processes - You're not comfortable being the first or only person in your function - You expect guaranteed stability and monthly salary hikes - You're not deeply curious about how businesses operate cross-border ✅ How to Apply Email navneet@prosessed.com with the subject line: “Application – Operations & Client Success – [Your Full Name]” Include: 1.
