About the Job

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist our sales and advisory teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between departments.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong and long term relationships.

2. Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and assist in closing deals.

3. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and emails to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Co-ordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, and service) to deliver timely and accurate solutions.

5. Handle client queries, escalations, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.

6. Drive client retention and growth by upselling and cross-selling relevant services/products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
