Key Responsibilities

Communication & Outreach Support

• Monitor and manage

  inbound messages

  from centralized communication channels.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and consistently, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
• Support outbound outreach efforts by preparing target lists and sending communications.
• Maintain

  professional, high-quality interactions

  across multiple platforms.

Data Research & Enrichment

• Conduct

  independent research

  to identify, compile, and organize structured datasets.
• Enrich, verify, and maintain data when automated tools are insufficient.
• Source candidate, partner, or company information from

  public records, websites, and databases.

• Maintain

  clean, well-documented datasets

  for ongoing operational use.

Operational Support

• Collaborate with internal teams to

  streamline workflows

  and improve efficiency.
• Track, log, and report on

  research and communication activities.

• Assist with

  ad hoc operational projects

  and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications / Skills Required

• Strong

  organizational and project management

  skills.
• Excellent

  written communication

  and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform

  high-volume, repetitive tasks

  accurately and consistently.
• Proficient in

  online research

  , data scraping, and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify

  patterns and trends

  in data.
• Prior experience with

  CRM, ATS, or communication platforms

  (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Business, Communications, Data/Information Sciences, or related field preferred but not required.
