About Etcetera Etcetera is a design-led brand focused on handcrafted handbags and accessories that are a blend of functionality, minimalism, and thoughtful design. We are a female-founded, D2C brand and are proudly Indian and PETA-approved. We are expanding and looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to strengthen our operations and drive business growth across platforms. Role Summary This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our backend processes, customer service, and strategic outreach. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, handling orders and inventory, ensuring quality control, and exploring new business opportunities for brand expansion. Responsibilities Operations Management Manage and process all incoming and outgoing orders across online platforms (website, marketplaces) and offline channels (retailers, exhibitions, direct clients). Conduct quality checks on products before packaging and dispatch. Coordinate and oversee courier pickups and deliveries to ensure timely shipments. Maintain and update stock sheets and databases for: Raw materials Packaging materials Finished goods inventory Ensure all inventory is well-organised and restocked as needed. Customer Communication & Marketing Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email . Handle WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns , including broadcast lists, product updates, and promotional offers. Record and follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions . Business Growth Initiatives Proactively identify and reach out to multi-designer stores , retail stockists , and online platforms for sales and collaboration opportunities. Maintain a database of outreach and follow-up communication. Assist in preparing proposals, line sheets, and sales kits for prospective partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Fashion Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of work experience in operations, e-commerce management, or business development. Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written). Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, basic analysis, data management). Comfortable with platforms like Shopify, Delhivery, and WhatsApp Business (training can be provided if needed). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently.
