The Role: Operations Analyst


We are looking for an Entry-Level Operations Associate to join our small, high-impact team.

While this is an operations role, we aren’t just looking for someone to tick boxes. We are looking for a specific mindset. Because we are a lean team, you will not be a cog in a machine; you will be right in the mix, working alongside senior leadership with significant opportunities for active mentorship and professional growth.


Job Responsibilities


  • Maintain digital and physical records of documents and research material
  • Liaise with various stakeholders for various accounting and operational tasks
  • Collaborate with accountants for tax filing
  • Assist with processing financial transactions and coordinate with brokers, bankers, and staff to ensure completion.
  • Oversee and coordinate special projects as directed by the family members.
  • Ensure that all communications are clear, concise, and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in data collection and presentation for preparation of investment memos.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or any other relevant field, preferably

from a premier undergraduate university

  • This is an entry-level role; no prior experience required
