Key Responsibilities: Own on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business. Develop and execute the site merchandising calendar, including Gate Way campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events. Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion. Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns, from wire frame development to execution. Coordinate with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets. Key Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
