We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Associate / Business Associate to support category-level growth by executing strategic seller interventions. The role involves working closely with sellers to enhance selection, improve seller engagement, and drive adoption of key programs like Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
You will be the bridge between category goals and seller success, ensuring seamless onboarding and program migration, while also managing ongoing communication and seller readiness.
* Execute strategic seller-level interventions in alignment with category priorities
* Drive onboarding of new selection and actively assist in migrating sellers to the FBA model
* Engage sellers through phone, email, and virtual meetings to drive performance outcomes
* Build strong working relationships with sellers and identify opportunities for growth
* Communicate benefits of category initiatives and ensure seller readiness
* Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and follow-ups
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to unblock seller issues and optimize processes
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
* Comfortable interacting with sellers over calls and virtual meetings
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
* Prior experience in e-commerce or sales support roles is an advantage
* Customer-first mindset with a knack for persuasion
* Problem solver with a “get-it-done” attitude
* Quick learner with adaptability to changing business needs
