Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, preparing financial reports, and assisting with accounting functions. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring the effective management of company operations. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Finance and Accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in real estate or investment firms is a plus
