Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for performing business analysis and evaluating the business processes, defining business requirements, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, creating business reports, and making recommendations to improve business operations and optimize performance. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will work closely with various teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Ability to define and evaluate Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Exceptional Communication skills for facilitating clear stakeholder interactions
• Proven ability to prepare detailed business reports and make data-driven recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
