Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Operational Excellence who will be responsible for process improvement, system implementation, cross-functional coordination, and operational efficiency across sales, HR, supply chain, and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement & monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Improve process efficiency, productivity & cost optimization
• Work closely with Sales, HR, Accounts & Supply Chain teams
• Ensure operational compliance & internal controls
• Track KPIs, MIS, dashboards & performance metrics
• Identify gaps, risks & bottlenecks in operations
• Lead process audits, reviews & corrective actions
• Support management in scaling operations & expansion planning
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement & accountability

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1-4 years in Operations / Process Excellence / Pharma Ops
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, MIS, KPI frameworks & compliance
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
• Excellent coordination & stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on approach with strong execution capability

Qualification

• MBA / PGDM (Operations / HR / Finance) or equivalent
• Pharma / Healthcare background preferred
