Operational Excellence Manager

As an experienced candidate with a background in operations excellence within the manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement in the Central Kitchen/Production environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Improving production layout to enhance capacity, efficiency, and productivity. - Developing and implementing production planning processes. - Identifying and implementing process controls to ensure product quality and consistency. - Creating and implementing a continuous improvement framework focusing on capacity, efficiency, productivity, and quality. This includes process mapping from AS IS to TO BE, implementing 5S, Lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies. Additionally, you will be required to support functions in enhancing processes and achieving better outcomes. You will also be responsible for developing and conducting training sessions to increase awareness of continuous improvement tools and frameworks. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 5 years in an operations excellence role in a manufacturing environment. - Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt. - Proven experience in implementing 5S and Lean practices in a manufacturing setup. - Preferably, experience in the F&B industry. - Demonstrated ability to lead multiple improvement projects concurrently. - A formal degree or certification in operations management would be advantageous.
