Operational Excellence Manager

You will be joining the Transformation team to drive innovation, scalability, and profitability across global markets. This role provides you with the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide change and shape the future of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Independently lead transformation initiatives in large enterprises or top-tier consulting firms - Implement global process transformation using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies - Utilize Intelligent Automation technologies such as RPA, AI, process mining, and workflow automation - Design scalable global operating models including onshore/offshore setups - Apply advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive transformation initiatives - Lead complex, multi-workstream projects in matrixed environments - Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful transformation outcomes Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in transformation roles - Proven expertise in global process transformation using Lean/Six Sigma - Demonstrated experience in Intelligent Automation technologies (RPA, AI, process mining, workflow) - Ability to design scalable global operating models with experience in onshore/offshore setups - Proficient in advanced data analysis and problem-solving - Track record of leading complex, multi-workstream projects in matrixed environments - Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organization,
