Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our Pre-sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, driving performance, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring the delivery of quality service in pre-sales operations. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and guide team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective measures when needed.

Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication channel between management and team members; relay updates, feedback, and strategies effectively.

Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve team issues or customer escalations with prompt and fair decision-making.

Training & Development: Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning for new and existing team members.

Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing workflows and team efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Graduate in any discipline.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably within a BPO environment.

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in team handling or a leadership role.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and motivational abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

Total work experience: 1 year or more (Leadership or related domain preferred)
