Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Operational Team Lead/ client coordinator to join our team. As an Operational Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading operational teams, client meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operational teams to achieve goals and objectives

- Conduct client meetings and presentations

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues

- Maintain accurate operational documentation and records

- Analyze operational processes and implement improvements

- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations

- Provide sales training

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in an operational team lead role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Fluency in English

-Age below 25

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
