Ltd.Profile: Team Leader – Pre-SalesExperience: Min 2 YearsLocation: Shela, AhmedabadSalary: Up to 40K Role Overview: Team Leader – Pre-Sales (Real Estate) As a Team Leader in the pre-sales department of the real estate industry, you will manage a team of telecallers, ensuring the effective handling of leads and driving site visits. Your role involves motivating and guiding the team, streamlining operations, and ensuring high conversion rates. You will act as the bridge between management and the pre-sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of pre-sales telecallers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.* Monitor daily call activities, ensuring the team meets their lead generation and follow-up targets.* Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates and maximize site visit appointments.* Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends and project details to support team members effectively.* Oversee data management, ensuring accurate and updated records of client interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled site visits.* Address and resolve client escalations and objections to build trust and improve customer satisfaction.* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.* Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, lead status, and conversion metrics to senior management. Requirements: * 2–4 years of experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.* Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English is mandatory.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client and team relationships.* Proven ability to handle objections and resolve client queries effectively.* Sound organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.* Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
