About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and technically proficient Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to coordinate across teams, manage resources, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the technical team, ensuring efficient workflows, timely delivery, and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to align operational strategies with technical goals.
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and operational reports to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and implement best practices across technical operations.
• Manage cross-functional projects, from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Maintain infrastructure uptime and support incident response and resolution processes.
• Oversee vendor relationships, resource planning, budgeting, and technical procurement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and manage junior operations or technical staff, promoting a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT sector.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, cloud infrastructure, or software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in a startup or scaling business environment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance standards (ISO, SOC, etc.), or automation tools.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, project management platforms, and monitoring systems.
