About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our daily travel and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing vendor relations, handling client coordination, and maintaining service excellence across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end travel operations including itinerary planning, bookings, client servicing, logistics, and on-ground coordination.


Manage vendor relationships with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, etc.


Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth tour execution.


Implement and improve SOPs for service quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.


Resolve client complaints and handle escalations professionally and promptly.


Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.


Maintain reports and KPIs related to operations, feedback, and budget adherence.


Stay up-to-date with travel trends and proactively recommend improvements.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field.


4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in travel/tourism/hospitality.


Strong understanding of B2C/B2B travel processes, MICE operations, and vendor management.


Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Proficiency in travel management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.


Willingness to travel occasionally for on-ground coordination.


Preferred Skills:

Experience with corporate tours, luxury travel, or international travel itineraries.


Working knowledge of travel tech platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, or hotel booking engines.


Multilingual ability is a plus.
