Operation Manager (sales) cum faculty

As an Operations Manager at Pushpa Junction, Calicut, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities. Your role will involve supervising staffing, training, and sales teams, planning and implementing training programs, managing client services, documentation, and operational planning, collaborating with departments to improve processes, conducting training sessions, assisting leadership in system improvements, and ensuring compliance with business policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth business flow - Supervise staffing, training, and sales teams to meet performance goals - Plan and implement training programs - Monitor and guide team performance aligning with business objectives - Manage client services, documentation, and operational planning - Collaborate with departments to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes - Conduct training sessions on operational management - Assist leadership in system improvements and tool integrations - Ensure timely compliance with business policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of operational functions within a business environment - Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination - Proficiency in training design and delivery, especially in sales and operations - Knowledge of tools like HRMS, CRM, and IVR for workflow automation - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities - Capacity to multitask and adapt quickly to changes - Professional presentation and training facilitation skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement.
