Job Title: Operations Manager – BPO Voice Sales (Domestic Process)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our Domestic Voice Sales Process. The role requires strong leadership, sales focus, and the ability to drive high-performing teams while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Team Leaders and Sales Agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor call quality, floor discipline, and ensure consistent team productivity.
• Prepare and share performance reports with management and clients.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and skill-building sessions.
• Collaborate with HR and Training teams for hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4–7 years of BPO industry experience, with at least 2 years as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Must have prior experience in Domestic Voice Sales.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, MIS, and client interaction.
• Target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
