Education - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Plastic/Electronics Engineering with business administration, operations management, or a related field is often required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Overseeing and managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
• Budget Management: Creating and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and optimizing costs.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize operations.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations ( CDSCO) , industry standards, and company policies.
• Performance Measurement: Monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Communication: Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks to business operations and developing contingency plans.
• Staffing and Training: Managing staffing needs, overseeing recruitment and training, and developing employees.
• Financial Management: Monitoring financial statements, cash flow, and balance sheets to ensure financial health and profitability.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing operational issues, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Customer Experience: Ensuring a positive customer experience through efficient operations and quality service.
• Performance Analysis: Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Safety: Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,218.43 - ₹58,930.16 per month
