Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support daily logistics and supply chain activities. The role involves coordination with vendors, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics operations, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and delivery tracking.
• Manage daily dispatches from warehouses to customers/distributors.
• Liaise with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documents (e.g., invoices, PODs, GRNs).
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability as per order requirements.
• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or shortages in coordination with relevant teams.
• Optimize routes and reduce logistics costs wherever possible.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on logistics performance, delivery status, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations (FMCG/logistics background preferred).
• Good understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and inventory control.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP or WMS software is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
