Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order processing—picking, packing, and dispatch scheduling.
• Check fabric availability and update stock in SURAT office.
• Ensure accurate documentation—challans, invoices, GRN, return slips.
• Track logistics and follow up with transporters for timely deliveries.
• Inspect returned fabrics for damage, cleaning needs, and stock adjustments.
• Support installation teams/decorators with timely material readiness.
• Manage sample issuance and return tracking.
• Monitor consumption for events and prevent shortages/pilferage.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management (dispatch, stock, return status).
• Coordinate with sales team for urgent orders and priority bookings.
• Handle vendor follow-ups for stitching, cleaning, and repair work when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (preferred: logistics, operations, commerce).
• 1–3 years experience in operations/warehouse/logistics (event or textile industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, basic ERP/stock management tools.
• Good communication and follow-up skills (Hindi and English ).
• Physically active and comfortable working with material handling.
• Detail-oriented with strong accountability and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
